jim I have a set at my house you can borrow if need be ..puts the boat about 1-2 inches off the floor ,, had my 357 and 382 on them

Great point Jamie! I was thinking of pulling the drives just so I am not tripping over them sticking off the back plus it gives me three feet of additional clearance at the back!

Interesting idea but I have to be honest......

Since the whole boat won't fit in the garage (20' in and 10' out) I am going to leave the bow sticking out and seal the hole with rigid foam board. This way I can heat the garage and leave the bow sticking outside! I am sure it sounds strange and will look even stranger but it's what I have to do to be able to work on the engine compartment and cockpit without freezing my a$$ off! With the boat off the trailer it will be easier to close the hole with foam board vs. having to work around the ibeams of the trailer.
