Take the heads to billy Tim. Ask him to have his dad take them to be flowed.
If it was my stuff, I'd have billy set up the valve springs and check everything out. Are those heads "as cast"? |

Well, you need to determine what average piston velocity you're willing to live with and build to that standard. Nascar and F1 engines, IIRC, both have similar piston speeds but note the RPM difference.
