I was trying to digest; Full Forces, build here. I just finished off 10 oz of magnesium citrate, lets see what happens.

Someone machined pistons down, either a custom piston would be needed or use a 6.535 rod with custom piston having a 1.077 C.H. I'm pretty sure the ring stack would work being its a NA build. I have no idea how you, can swing that piston and rod length around that counter weight unless, you machined down counter weights.
Not the best combination for a 4.375 crank in a 9.800 deck block

Oh the pistons were ever so slightly touching the heads... Inwill post pics when I get home same as his hack grinding on crank I would assume from hitting pistons... I never seen such a cluster fuk build before I wish I would have never bought the scarab to get em!

I'm surpised they didn't clatter like a diesel!!

That there is the reason the rod bearings failed ! The hydrodynamic wedge of oil was lost, you just can't pull a piston, down on top of a counter weight.

That mess can be corrected, without, throwing it all in the trash.

Thats why machining is so critical in engine building. People often forget that and focus on "the parts" .

Looks like "Goober with the green teeth" assembled yours. That would have to be very noticeable when hand turning that when first put together.

Wish the crank didn't need to be cut. I'd buy it. Buy I'm a picky ***** and only like std.
