Hi5FIVE78, I have 5" exhaust, are the flappers removable from the tails to transfer over ?

$4200 for two sets of tails. CMI made them and it took about 3 weeks but that included Christmas week when they were closed, so about 2 weeks.

about 225 hours but they are 2008 vintage and improved design.. I pressure test them every 10 hours...

Yes, they are removable. If you look at the picture, you will see two locknuts on the inside of the exhaust tip; those two screws that are covered by the external flapper get removed and it slides right out. These are currently in a 4" exhaust tip though...

Funny I received a bulk email from Hardin about exhaust tips last night what a coincidence lol. Although the tips were only priced at $89-99. A sale of one of the stainless flappers probably pays for their whole inventory of exhaust tips for the year lol.
