Up untill motor was pulled apart the guy was telling me all was new, bearings and all. When the bearings that were left were pulled out they had a manufacture date of june of 94, probably when the motor was built.

What to do now? These were built by a board member and the deal was setup through a friend of mine who was also this guys friend (i had never met this guy till i drove 10 hours to pick up the motors).

Rebuild in a bottle.... $7.99 at an autozone near you!!

Been trying since the end of June and nothing is happening. Like I said he wont call me back, he just sends me texts saying I caused this and he is not responsible and now there is no warranty. As for the friend, supposedly he is no longer talking to the builder now. I did call him(friend) to make sure the deal i understood was what he understood it to be, motor completely taken apart and most everything replaced and it was.

Builder says he has been doing this 15 years and he knows what he is doing, does it look like it?

Nope New Jersey.

I wish i bought the ones in Ohio, they posted them about a week after i got these 2. It sure would have saved me alot of money and driving.
