we used to race with MSD componants, certain parts, magnetic pickups in pro-billet dist are from china, absolute junk, why they only cost $25, makes no sense as they fail at will. The boxes are a crap shoot as well, especially the 6 series stuff, and the bottom line is they make you car/boat/whatever go no faster unless you had a junk part before, why I am back using the old style HEI, I get the vac advance remove piece, correct connectors, and even lock the advance out on some...cheap, no issues, why DUI units so well liked..

Mike,
No, on Superbowl Sunday, I had to cut down 3 trees in my mother-in-law's backyard. Haven't had a day off since..... And I have cats running wild in the neighborhood!

Wellll, re-verified that I have +12VDC at the + post of the new SS coil, and +12VDC at the RED wire going into the MSD Dist, and still spark. Pretty sure it's the module in the dist., is there any other test I can do before I have to order a new MSD Ready to Run dist....
FYI the MSD Ready run system DOESN'T use an external 6M Box either.
