Holley's are sensitive to trash in fuel. Do you have filters between pumps and tanks?

Are they shutting off while the motors running?

I haven't heard anything great about Holley electric pumps yet for marine use.

Any water in the fuel ? how hot are your fuel pumps running ? Vapor locking ? Fuel pump cavitation, Too much fuel vacuum (pulling fuel) restricted anti siphon valve ?

No electric pumps like to draw fuel....the black/red/blue Holleys are amongst the worst offenders. They need to be mounted real, real low.....and then...they are still not without problems. There are better.....still mount the others as low as you can go.

Use anything but Holleys. I run SX pumps. I have injection, so not sure mine could go that low on pressure. But 10 seasons on them, zero issues.

you have to get the right regulator.I modded the efi one w/ a shim plate in betw the 2 halfs and opened the relief hole.also used a bigger ball bearing under the spring.
I knew I was going efi but set my boat up to run on a carb first as I built my whipple motors.
