With headers I welded up and 8 o2 sensors [ATTACH=CONFIG]546317[/ATTACH]

I actually like 2 things better about that pic:

The cylinder heads and the horrible garage clutter. Just my style !

Thanks it got worse with the clutter. Hope by spring I can post HP numbers about the heads.

I think you will like running wet exhaust , for tuning , we ran the plastic blue barrels on casters with 1.5" fittings from bottom , you can daisy chain them if u have the room ,you can fill em outside and roll em to the motor with good caster base . You will be suprised how fast a bravo pump will empty a 55 gallon drum at full tilt .you will need at least 3 , and they are cheap and easy to store empty

Its a Go-power dyno owned by Norm Schenck from : http://www.compfuelsystems.com/ who recently re-located into my area and was looking for a shop to have a joint venture with. I bought a merc external harness and a set of mint BBC 2 1/8 headers this weekend to start dynoing my stuff soon. After looking at what its going to take to dyno with wet exhaust as much as I would like to start out doing it that way it will have to wait with winter setting in, no way we can dump 500 gallons of water on ground in a few months with freezing wetaher setting in, will revisit the wet exhaust in spring when its warm out, have gotten some excellent ideas from guys on here and from a couple of respected dyno operators.

Which 8 channel 02 sensor setup did you go with? Being I dont have alot of investment in this venture I am willing to spend some cash upgrading things, purchasing things for this venture, IE, dyno headers Norm doesnt own , 8 channel o2 system , building better motor cradle with wheels to allow faster setup, new well is getting drilled tommorrow, Smitty

Call Tyler and see what he does. Most Dyno's I have seen have a huge reserve tank. My guess is 500-750 gals. And why not just ask a well driller ?

Yes friend of mine uses 1000gallon tank in the ground and works great in the winter to.

Question has pretty much been answered, well was drilled today, 5" casing, it will only support 12-15 GPM no matter what size pump they put in so the annswer is yes, a second water tank. Dyno already has a 250 or 300 gallon tank as part of the brake/cooling system, to run wet exhaust it will need a second tank, Tylers headers are water cooled BUT not water injected IF I remember right from last time I dynoed there. A underground recovery tank combined with a extra storage tank would be right way. Since winter is soon I will be dynoing my projects with dry headers this winter
