I have no idea what happened to them. With the vitriol you and your bunch were spewing at that time I figured it was something done on that end. The last several times I tried to post, that was the case. I would post, see it on my page, but no one else could. I asked several other people if they could see my posts but no one could. I was never "banned", just blocked, I figured. Water under the bridge as far as I'm concerned. That was another lifetime ago.

I guess the tech discussion is pretty much dead here. Mike, Scott has posted some good info here, why try to chase him away?? I don't get it. It doesn't sound like you.. Bolted a set of Aluminum Merlin III's to a pair of Gen 6 515's a few years ago. ARP didn't have a part# for the latest version of those heads so it took some piecing together to get the head bolt lengths correct. I did not have this issue when bolting similar heads to my mark IV 454's a year prior since the threaded holes went down into the jacket.
