I have a complete 525 intake, with computer, throttle body, injectors and coil packs. Was removed to make room for a blower.

500EFI intakes become available here and there. Not sure if I have ever seen any 525's come up.

Edit in: I'll eat 1 crow. 1 just became available above. LOL.

Wish you had 2... Twins suck sometimes, especially when buying parts!

Once it's cooked.

If I see it hanging in the window first, it's usually enough of a turn off.

After making max hp from open plenum intake w efi for my baseline im then going to bolt a dominator on that flows almost 1400 cfm and see carbed vs efi what it makes. Then going to bolt stock 500 intake/plenum and tb on. Then bolting on modified upper w azsm 1300 cfm tb, then switching to a plenum w 1600 cfm tpis tb, then cutting plenum dividers out to get runner length down from 15.5" to valve to around 14", then pulling lower and cutting plenum down another 1" to 1 1/2", i would like to see a stockish appearing 500 intake come close to base line numbers which i expect to be around 690/700 hp, will it work, dunno but will be fun!!

Just as further comparison I have a 502 on the dyno right now. Crazy setup, but the customer wanted to mount twin holley throttle bodies on top of the 500 efi intakes. So I did. It's got some Valako ported Brodix BB2+ heads. It's going in a jet boat so the cam I'm using is a little different grind than an I/O cam, but a pretty mild HR. Anyway, guess what HP it made....yep, 625! Just like everyone is saying. Makes over 670 Ft. Lbs. of torque but just quits around 5200 RPM (which I fully expected it to do).

That 2.2" port along with 15.5" length to intake valve plus too small of plenum equals hi tq/low hp !
