Default whipple oil change

So I was reading around on changing the oil on my whipples for the upcoming season. Whipple's website recommends two different weight oils. One being 140 and the other being 200. I was wondering what everyone runs? I was thinking about the 200 as its in a boat, where the environment is very hot all the time. 3.3L whipples, if size has any determination in your reasoning.
