I ordered these erlier this week before posting on this thread and reading your comments, seller claimed match flowed injectors, yes they are so bad as you can see by my pic they would never work and if motor ran it would melt down/wash out the rings! Im going to get a set of match flowed siemans deka 42 lb injectors and of course will flow them the minute they show up! Like I mentioned, I am dynoing and tuning this so if injectors flow even but flow slightly more or less than the oes wont be a big deal since Im tuning it on my dyno, now for a guy who has a stock tune I would search long and hard for actual oems if it wasnt being retuned!

My machine doesnt filter the flow soulution like you mentioned but it isnt Chinese and it does work well so far, I am going to add a filter to rail supply hose. What solution are you ultrasonic cleaning with, my machine came with a gallon of ANSU cleaner for the ultrasonic and gallon of ANSU testing solution BUT the testing solution looks like Naptha to me, I also ordered 5 gallons of blue goo cleaning solution and 5 gallons of iso-heptane with detergent from another supplier when I bought this. The blue goo seemed to clean the injectors better than the ANSU stuff in the ultrasonic, Smitty

I had issues with the thing idling rough and very rich. I thought replacing them was the way to go but after reading all the replies. conclusion. Take them out and send to BUP. He would clean check and flow them and replace with good ones if needed. Hes the most knowledgeable one here with these that I conclude.
I did not do this though. I attempted to do a basic cleaning of them myself 1st and had very good results, satisfactory to me.
This is what I did; I removed the old fuel water separator filters, took new ones and poured black bottles of techron. injector cleaner in to 3/4 full installed filters, poured 2 bottles in tank also that had about 50 gals in it. started motors it cleared up the rich condition and smoothed out the idle too. Took boat out on lake 2 weeks ago and it hauled Ass and ran MINT.
