Laveycrafts seem very nice but would probably be out of my price range. Pantera 28 with a single would be nice as long as it was updated looking. Warlock is still #1 for me, followed closely by a 288 Sunsation, but i have yet to get inside either... I was almost considering a 29 Fountain with a single, but after spending a ton of time in a 32' Fever this weekend, I can say with full certainty that a Fountain is not for me! Amazing running boat but they are TINY inside! I don't like how low it sat in the rear, engine hatch is at such a rake the women hated laying on it, & I can't stand that left hand throttle! Even if i was to get used to it, there is nowhere to rest your arm. No thanks. So now that i know how important cabin space is gonna be to be I'm gonna be very picky. What abouta Magic Wizard 29? I know they aren't stepped but they look very roomy, are the hulls efficient? I want to run 80 with room to grow if i wanted

Have you seen 29' WC that came on PBSS today? I know a little about the history and think it is even documented in the Warlock section in OSO...Its a really incredible piece of hardware for the price:https://www.facebook.com/groups/1017...43270985840521

Naughty Kitty, thanks for pointing that out! That is EXACTLY what I'd want! The old lady would LOVE those highback sit down bolsters too. I'd be very interested in that if my Scarab was sold already! Speaking of.... Anyone on here want a 96' Scarab 31 Kevlar school boat? It's listed on pbss! I'm gonna make more listings elsewhere if i ever get 5 minutes of free time soon. Lol

Getting close to buying... I've taken the 28 Nordic off the list just because of the 22 degree deadrise.... Sucks cause the look amazing, roomy, easy to get into the cabin, cooler storage, fast hull, ect... But I'm at LOTO often and just don't want a slamming around ride. Cant find any 288 sunnys in my price range that i like, so the 29 Warlock just might be the one. However.... Out of nowhere, 3 totally different boats that seem like they would fit the bill came up. 28 powerplay with a single, 28 pantera with a single, and a 29' Phantom with a single. They are all beautiful boats, but unsure of the cockpit space on them? Freeboard height? Anyone?

Its getting wetsanded, buffed, & waxed for the new owner now. It turned our really nice after i got all the bugs worked out on it, gonna be a great boat for him! I need to get a bigger house asap so gonna pay some stuff off with some of the cash and buy a single to get by for the next few years. Once the youngest is out of daycare and in school we'll be able to get a small lake-house with a dock, so I'll get back into a big boat then.
