Good to hear you can put everything past you now.
I think we all like to make one change at at time when chasing power the only downfall is the short season we have. At least the heads are trued up and gone through and has a good intake along with a cam that the lifters are clinging to the lobes of. happy boating.....

yep to make sure something I was told is not an issue, make sure 100% it's not, they run perfect so don't worry the fail some want to see is not it... they will be back in and running same day most likely.

I got nothing to hide.

the factory windage trays I had on were cracked so I was going to replace them, at the time some engine builders local said they do not run them as they can and will trap oil at times between tray and crank, I opted to leave them out, now showing WOT oil pressure drop so to me I need them after checking some other things, so before something bad happens I am ruling that out as a cause. I ordered the parts I need today, I can remove both engines within 2 hours its not a huge deal, just annoyed I didn;'t just put them on when I kind of figured I should. now before the Tim is dumb bashing starts let me say I talked to few builders today and found some run them, and some don't not putting names up but many are well know here and other places. it is what it is, aside from that things are flawless... and I am very good at pulling engines and dropping them back in.
