Sweet new Intakes!
heads are being ported and intakes also, then valve jobs... then moving forward....

Still deciding pros and cons solid VS hydraulic lifters and if cost is worth changing..

Looks like bill's garage floor.

They are 1" taller then I had, I am going to modify my arrestors to fit, worse case I'm gonna have to cut into underside of hatch, I REALLY don't want to but I am not gonna go through round 3 and not maximize my results...

Thx bud, hoping round 3 is success... I don't expect crazy gains but I will be happy with any gain over what I had, and at least 1mph lol

id bet 40-50 hp gain with new intakes and port work. Most importantly your not going to continue slinging cam dust everywhere throughout and you'll have a good stable valvetrain. You have to make the decision on cam however I'd really consider going solid roller. It's always nice to know valves are open when there suppose to. Just my opinion but I hate hyd lifters. Did you inspect your roller bearings and clean. Time consuming I know but if you do use them I'd be a little concerned about cam lobe residue. May sound overly cautious I know but no need to take a chance. Less agressive lobe hyd will be fine I'm sure. I just have a personal preference and don't like to second question a valves position at a given moment. Keep us informed what cam you go with. No secrets now!!!
