Personally, I would buy blanks and get them to Valako, he will spec what you need and build then right. He's not the only head guy that knows he's chit but he is close to me.

I must have missed the pump gas part.... but ya meant boost.

I didn't build myself because of budget, I will make that clear. I have done all my own engines for 20 years and been successful in most cases, was nothing to do with budget.
