Shotguns destroyed after an hour ???

No s#it! My Shotguns never looked bad. My Gaffrig switchables are terrible. I'm putting CMI switchables on my AT and hopefully they are better. A lot of my friends run the CMI's and their maintenance is minimum. Is there something you can put on them? I thought there was a thread on some protectant, shark skin or something?

I would think running dry exhaust not enough water is getting on them and also if it is dry exhaust you are running, due to a large cam, I would leave them off and be more afraid of water reversion than noise. my 2 cents

Drew gave me a call and stated the fix is relatively simple. Remove the shotguns and drill an 1/8" hole going into the water jacket of the pipes. I did it already and hopefully test this weekend. I"ll let you guys know the outcome

Went out today and Drew's fix corrected I would say 75% of problem. I used the lime away at the ramp and gave a two minute buff with Blue Magic and life is all good!!
Instead of a few hours buffing like last time, I only spent 5 minutes.
