I would say 42-45 is it a 3.3 ?? call Whipple to confirm, a bud of mine ran an A-1000 @ 45 psi on his 525's

Fuel pressure is definitely low. should be about 43.5 psi (3 bar)

I run 46 base with the vacum unhooked from the regulator while setting it. Goes to 40-41 with the vac hooked up.

I'm not familiar with the engine but most fuel injected systems run at 40-43psi zero vacuum. You than have to add boost pressure on top of that. So at 7lbs of boost you should have around 50psi Fuel Pressure.

With a 20lb different in FP you are going to damage the engine quickly, don't ask how I know lol.
