Default Difference between pulling boat with transmission.and Stern Powr

Ok I've decided to pull my engine and transmission.
I've pulled Alphas and Bravos but never one with the transmission attached.
I know with the others you pull the drive first.
To add another thing this boat has a Stern Powr drive.

So what's the proper way to go about this??

You can usually pull engine forward enough to free spline from the driveshaft, but putting it back the same way is a pain. Stern power is no worse to pull than any other drive. You weren't changing the cam with engine in place anyway.

I could but it doesnt make sense to do it that way.
Do you know if stern Powr uses the same alignment tool as merc or volvo?
