ok, filter. need that part. apparently there is no low-no pressure oil in any line outside of the block. so, put a pick up point in the pan or tee off the drain plug. run thru scavenge pump and thru a check ball to just before the oil filter. total cost 70 bucks. ok, switch, wire maybe 80. If you can do the pick up in the pan, put it above the add oil point and below full mark. Then you will have an oil level check too...
