Default worn out B1 HP transom assemblies.... question...

Can they be rebuilt? are they worth anything worn out?
I have a couple out of a cigarette that had a bad transom and some water got in and put a little rust on the bottom of one of them and a few of the bolts have some corrosion...
they have brand new bellows in them and are complete with inner transom plates, trim cylinders, and have been frankensteined a few years back...
Looking for advice on what to do with these... thanks.

the pin and ring are good, the only issue these had was that some water got in the lower ends of them from a little transom rot I had going on...
we opted to put in new transom assemblies at the time. I'll get a couple pics uploaded shortly

Should be ok I would think. If the rings are worn, I have have run over-sized pins or you can also get them welded and run a standard pin..

Here are some pics of what I have... complete units with trim cylinders, cables, and inner plates....
what would be a fair price to ask for this stuff as it sits? Thanks in advance.
