I’m assembling my heads and one exhaust valve is sticky. It’s fairly free within the range of lift but otherwise needs to be pushed through pretty stiffly while all of the other valves will fall through on their own weight. All of the other exhaust valves fit the same way and I’ve polished them up on the drill press and 2000 grit wet paper. Buy a reamer for just that one valve? 11/32” stems.

The valves mic out at .3405 and this guide is .3410. All of the other guides are at .3420. It’s amazing this thing didn’t punch through the piston. The inside of the guide is tougher than the rest as I jiggle the mic in it so I’m guessing it may have tried to seize at some point.
