Merc racing for OEM service info and manuals is how they post it ONLY. They also post MAX oil temp at 220 F. I know this for sure and is in my head because I do see the HP 525 still as well. Not alot but maybe 2 to 5 per year. With that said I can pull these manuals out of storage and verify but I know I am correct per their listing service specs.

THAT is correct bare MIN was what I posted

The specs might be bare minimum but those OP pressures sound way high for a warm idle.

I dont think any any of the blue motors come with heavier spring oil pumps. Our 500efis always sit at 25psi warm idle and 45psi wot. Cold idle is 60psi.

I agree ^^^^^ may have the wrong senders for the gauges installed...........
