Yep, I've still got it.

International dyno model 4000 is good up to 575 hp in stock form. Land and sea dyno if I recall is good up to 1000 hp -

The Verado 350 is just a de-tuned 450 and the flash restores the power back to the 450 level? Am I understanding that correctly?

The most I've read on mine was 800HP at 6000 rpm. The hard part is getting enough water to the engine to run under load,

to the best of my knowledge (please chime in if I’m wrong) the 350 is mechanically the same (different lower unit) as the 400 but runs a map with lower rpm/boost. Simon and whipple have both claim to have a map that makes 450. I have found an enormous amount of satisfied customers that say the butt dyno along with going up in pitch while gaining rpms supports the claims. I just ordered the Simon Map and tool to flash it without sending them the ecu.

Default Verado 275 Flash from Whipple

Hi. I went for the clamed 340 hp stage 2 with my 2006 l6 275. The boat has just the same top speed AS before, 52 knots at 6100 rpm with Tempest pluss 22". The trottle respons is also the same. Just a waste of money so far. The only thing they say is to prop down to get more rpm.
sounds strange to me.
