have you looked down its throat with the air cleaners off?? see what the pattern looks like...also have you ruled out engine issues?? stuck valves bent push rods etc?? is it possible the timing went way off somehow and its showing false readings on the A/F gauge?? other than low readings how does it run?? does it run like its lean or does it run ok just bad numbers?? Just seems weird to me that it did it after hours of running and all of a sudden started coughing...also have you checked your fuel for water??
Just trying to spitball some ideas

just went through something similar, motor hiccuped and pushed gasket out between the base of the blower and the top of the innercooler. I think the 420 blowers have a 0-ring gasket but I have seen some with the spring loaded burst panel on the intake, might have pushed the gasket for that out

boost referencing only means the vac location is changed from inside carb to one outside, if your PV is seeing intake manifold vac, it will close the PV under boost conditions, as this is not a blow thru setup you can run std config for the PV

Most carb issues I fix are lean issues from blockage.98% of the blockage's I never see. Using the red straw with your carb clean in both directions of every circuit and then using a rubber tipped blow gun from yourcompressor both directions has removed any non visual blockage I'n run into other than mouse pee eroding the aluminum enough to shut some air bleeds
and small pieces of fuel line rubber lodged in frt of or in the needle and seat,
i too use propane to look for vacuum leaks. Unfortunately alot of vacuum lines and plugs immediately disintegrate with carb clean now.

I almost got it.

Good job guys.
