and for the record
3 beeps 1.5 seconds long not all will put the engine in Guardian mode.
Also from the list above here is more 3 beeps 1.5 sec long.
Fuel Pressure sensor and failure and or wiring
CAN BUS issue(s)
Low sensor power
So the pick of guessing can get expensive. A scan is needed and the known parameters to see what any of it pin points to.

Well I got it scanned just did not want to jinx it if it wasn't right. Finally got to work on it last weekend and it turned out to be a $12 plug on the TPS. The mechanic found out if you started wiggling the plug the values were all over the place on the scan tool. Thank you for all your input Part# HP440 on part plus.com.
