Trying to ID a cam #6492

Hello all! I picked up a Mercruiser engine, a 350 Mag I believe. It is a GM 5.7 Vortec. I am trying to find out something about the cam

Serial # is hard to read but looks like 1A602321. It could be a 350 mag engine from 2007, the boat it came from was a 2007.

It is a hydraulic roller with Vortec heads

I can't post pics until I get 10 posts

markings on the end of the cam.

*** May be GM 94666492 *****Mercruiser 431-866022T

Anyone recognize it?

Found a little more info

Intake lift is 7.62mm or .300 in
Exhaust lift 7.87 mm or .310 in

No luck on duration yet.

Is there anyone out there familiar with this cam?

x 1.5 rocker = .450" / .465" lift...if this helps you track it down easier. oh, Mercruiser uses GM and Crane cams.

It is a GM part number no doubt and Crane makes a .452/.465 roller # 104224 so it could be the same cam

call the automotive machine shops in your area and ask them if they have a cam doctor.a lot of shops have this and it will tell you all aspects of the cam.

Still no luck on this cam. Crane said they did not make it. No cam doctor in my area that I can find.

Do the Mercury cams have the GM part number on them or what?

Yeh, I just got an e-mail from there stating your response.Been along time I've seen something from there. LOL.
I haven't seen those other two(on the thread you responded to) on the boards in many years.

I really want to know what this is! I would like to use it in my MPFI 383 Blazer convertible but I don't want to waste time on a dud. If it is around 214 intake I would like it, less than 210 and I may want something else>

I thought it would be cool having such a rare cam in a rare truck
