Default Cam question to avoid reversion

what am I looking for as far as cam specs to avoid reversion? Small block Chevy if it matters. I know you want minimal overlap but that is not listed on cam specs that I can tell. Just trying to avoid problems.

I allso asked this question while a go. Answear was comp xm262 is max with stock manifods. I used comp xe262 automotive version with 110 lobe. Made 380hp 5200rpm, 442lb ft 3700rpm at flywheel, with pocket ported 997 cast Iron heads. Cr 9.5.

With a Crower Hyd roller I'm at 221/230 @ .050" , 114 LSA with no reversion on stock exhaust manifolds/elbows with 4" thru hull exhaust. This is near the limit. Beyond that I'd likely need to dump the water further aft.
