it doesn't matter who makes the blower, a 10:71 comes in different offsets, some bias towards the front some rearward, Danny's happen to be offset forward giving sufficient distributor clearance, ya gotta know this before assuming a 10 will clear

Ya I talked with The Blower Shop today and they said their regular 10-71 will not clear a dizzy, but their front offset would. BDS uses a competition intake that moves the blower forward enough to clear the distributor. Littlefield didn’t want to take to much time to answer my questions but it sounds like their standard setup won’t clear either. TBS only sells a high helix 10-71 now and claims they take less power to turn and make more boost at lower rpm’s. BDS claims that there is no advantage to the high helix and will actually take more power to turn at my desired power levels. And they would not recommend the HH. So..... now I am confused???

There is a small diameter MSD that should clear.

A regular offset Blower shop 10-71 billet blower and MSD distributor will fit with the proper intake. RV went thru this.

I have two tall deck intakes that would work if your interested.

I think they are Hamptons but they have no mane on them. They are identical to the competition BDS intake except where the BDS name is on the front, that area has been milled down.
