I can not recall the dyno that many Nascar engine builders use. And some teams rent that out from a guy / dyno shop in CA. I forgot the names currently but ITS NOT A water break dyno and is more accurate to what is needed. Sorry if it has been mentioned as I have not read all the posts up here.
