540-565 intake question
Any builds out there using a 4150 single plane intake with adapter for 4500 dominator. Builds are 565 CI with 1150 dominators. Heads are promaxx with a 347 cc' after raised floors and porting and outflow the promaxx 340 cnc version by a decent amount. Plan to cam for peak hp at 6,400 plus/minus. Only looking for real experience with such.

We did the opposite with good results, a 4150 that flowed 1150+cfm on dominator flanged intake. Norm feels what you want to do is less than ideal because he feels the air tumbles and creates turbulence as it funnels down , how big of a diff will it make in real world power, idk, prob not much.
