Hey Griff - with this COVID-19 crap going on ALL the marine shops around me are shut down - You mentioned you have a set of 502's and that one motor has a pulley/tensioner bracket - any chance you can send / upload a few pics?

Here ya go. Kind of hard to see, but it’s basically a steel plate that is bolted to the head with the right spacers and has a stud for the pulley.

that's the same bracket that mercury uses on the 525 dummy idler

Okay - got the 'dummy idler' parts so bypassing the P/S pump is figured out - Thanks guys - NOW I need help on the STEERING actuator - Steering cable from helm to Starboard steering actuator and an external tie-bar on the drives??
