Default 2002 Baja 6.2 very low hours concern

Im looking at a Baja 212 with 94 hours on the boat. It has the 6.2. My concern is that in 18 years the boat has averaged 5 hours a year. I know the first thing that it needs is new hoses. There is also a pop off looking valve on the left side of the engine (looking down at the engine) that is leaking. Also its a little oily at the bottom of the engine towards the front. So basically its going to need all new hoses and lines. Any thoughts or opinions are greatly appreciated. The rest of the boat is pretty clean for its age. I live on a river and never encounter big water but want the performance of a Baja and the room of a bow rider. I know the boat hasn't been serviced in quite some time but the oil is pretty clean. I know its not good to have these engines sit up.
