I don't have those plugs either. The longer one looks like some type of drain.
I've never had any water in my Stelling boxes, but have heard of water getting into other peeps Imco boxes.

Any chance someone tried to plumb a way to grease the carrier with the first bolt holding down a component to the box?

No idea for certain - just throwing it out there...

There is a company that makes that gold coupler out of a polymer called Globe Products - but I never got around to installing one.
Getting ready to get mine on, how do I do the alignment?

There’s shims that go between the carrier and the box, if it’s currently assembled, check it with an alignment tool and see where it’s at..... it one of those things that should only have to be done during the initial assembly when it was new.

Those aren't original from Stellings. I drilled holes in the bottom of mine and installed plugs in them just in case water was to get in there. It woould be a real PITA to get it out of there. I dont know if I'd be comfortable with those caps on there without safety wore or something on them?
