Smallest Engine/Outdrive combo

What's the smallest engine/outdrive combo avaliable? Not the RC boat kind...something that would work in a 13-15 ft boat. Jet drive would work but I'm thinking I/O. Any sugestions?

vortec has a new 1.6l at 100hp 4 cylinder
not sure on a drive for it, maybe rig up some type of V drive or a strait shaft with a rudder.

A 120 hp Mercruiser ain't real big.

What is your space constraints? Why not an outboard?
