If your using the 1/8 tubing then no need to drain for winterizing.

There is not enough water in a 1/8 line to expand enough to damage the line or much of anything else. When things are drained some of the water also comes out, not all, but even if it was full there just isn't much there.

Note the 1/8 inch line is OD, the ID is even smaller
