I never had any luck finding them.
The way around it was to enlarge the bottom pulley to get where you need to go.
Plus’s the contact patch on the pullies you’re looking for are so small the belt starts to slip.

What size motor are you boosting?
There’s plenty of options to get your blower to spin.
