Take a look at Webster Industries, one size doesn't fit all with different valve angles on after market heads, Ive used these on multiple builds

The difference between "need" and "want" doesn't exist on most of these builds! If ya Want it......ya need it!!! hahaha! Originally Posted by TomZ

Questions and conversations are what this site was built on. We all gain! I’ve ran numerous endurance engines “without” girdles or shaft mount rockers with no issues. When getting more aggressive and chasing power like many of us do there really are very few places if any to cut corners. It’s easy to spend 3 times the cost of heads in all the light weight good guy components in addition to porting/assembly. Originally Posted by TomZ

There was a great video showing BBC valvetrain movement with clear valve covers on a dyno. Makes my joints hurt just watching it let alone the way our engines feel at extended high rpm runs. SB will probably post it.
Speaking of of which a very well known friend did a dyno test on the cheap chinamen shaft mount rockers. He literally watched them begin to self destruct. He probably did it just for the benefit of his customers trying to cut cost.

Exactly. Comes with a price but also with a piece of mind. Overkill is far superior to that of under. If it lets lose you’ve done all you could do to prevent.

Personally I don`t like vibrations and harmonics from one rocker being transferred to the next and so on but hey , they look cool.

Ideally I want to prop at (or close) to peak hp 6,200-6,300 extended runs. Maybe closer to 6k. TBD. Originally Posted by ICDEDPPL

I get what your saying but always thought a little movement “here and there” was better than excessive movement “here”. I just left a voicemail message to a Mate at Yella Terra. I keep forgetting and call when their probably out shining for kangaroos. 😂Originally Posted by ICDEDPPL

Kinda like what determines what your pushrod material, diameter and thickness? Something else many overlook.
