Default New Mercury Blue Motors

Does anyone know of a dealer or rigging shop that sells new Mercury Racing engines I/O;s not outboards? Or NOS inventory? Or has the mother company put a lock down on that ? Reason for asking is, friend has a couple of motors that he wants to replace or rebuild and upgrade. Rebuild, is going to blow the whole season, replacement would be an option if available.
