Default Why the GM Longblock slowdown?

Anyone have some specific information besides the generic 'Supply issues' mantra that is being slung around? Im about 4 months on a wait list for a GenVI 502 Mag, but if its not gonna happen, I would like to move on.

Valves and roller lifters are the main problem. To be honest even if you can get them make sure to have them checked. Quality is so bad now. Nobody cares any more. They are short handed and just pushing out the products to fill orders.
