that's a "Super Fuel Valve" from IMCO. It's our electric switch for our tanks. If you stop by this weekend you can see one up close
That's part of where I'm connecting all of my Russell fittings.

The 500 is much more upgradeable in the long run...the 496 is not.
I think the 500 is a better value.
