Default Silent Choice seal and air cylinder replacement

Greetings,

I have some questions regarding silent choice kit. I got one used from ebay for my twin engine chris craft stinger. It seems that the seals have to be replaced, probably some of the air cylinders too. The previous owner has installed the seals in different order, meaning some are seal-bushing-seal, some are bushing-seal-seal. Does anyone know what is the correct order?
Also, does anyone have experience with using substitute seals or air cylinders? I live in europe, and getting original seals from ebay... would mean 960 for the whole bunch with shipping and customs (60 apiece), which is kind of absurd

Thanks,.
Ville

Ok... if anyone who has disassembled theirs and can remember something . Is this the correct order of the oil seals, spacer and bushing?
I just have a different configuration in every hole from the previous owner and trying to figure out what is right, and what and how many parts to get for the assembly.

Thanks,
Ville

Those look like a different style than I had so I can't really help but I will tell you mine leaked about once a season and they are pain to replace. My experience was that You don't really use them often and then when you do the seal is somewhat dry and tears.

After I couple seasons I said screw it and got rid of them. I found I didn't really use them anyways.....

EDIT - mine did have the fiber bushing. I don't know why you have so many - I looks like people just crammed them in

EDIT AGAIN - I'm thinking it was as simple as the bushing goes in the end with the protrusion and their it's just the one seal at the other end.
