Weird that nobody can take care of it - you can just put it through a refinery, and gasoline will come out at the other side.
Are you sure that the gas is so bad that it cannot be run through a car engine that is equipped with a knock sensor - particularly if you mix it with fresh 93 octane fuel? That's what I do with old gas, although I never let it get that old.
