I have manual #24 (5.0L and 5.7L) but not the 6.2 Supplement.
I'd suppose the timing specs would be the same.
Here they are and the timing procedure for the Thunderbolt in the snips.

This note below was in regards to what type of distributor they used.
This distributor is used on carbureted models with Thunderbolt V ignition system and EFI/
MPI MEFI 3 ECM models, except Black Scorpion. The Black Scorpion models use the Delco
EST ignition system.
