So what's the verdict? Severe Duty SS one piece for exhuast and intake valves, or should we use inconnel on exhaust side for mild n/a engines?

About ready to buy valves myself and cost is an issue.

Travis, in looking at my post in the above quote I meant to say; "I think Bobby meant to only run a larger diameter valve STEM"

IN A N/A MILD SET UP STAINLESS SEVERE DUTY ARE FINE :D
INCONEL IS BETTER MERC USES THEM IN 500 E F I OR DID BUT THE MANLEY VALVE ARE IN MY VIEW O.K.
IN A BLOWER APP. ITS FOR SURE A PROBLEM NOT TO USE THEM (INNCONEL):D

Thanks Bobby. I'm going with severe duty on the exhaust. I have stainless intake valves, but unsure of the manufacturer. Should those be changed to Sereve Duty as well, or would that be wasting money?

HEY BLUE THUNDER ,, IF YOUR SURE THERE STAINLESS AND ON PIECE THEY WILL BE FINE ON THE INTAKE AS A N/A IS ALOT EASIER ON VALVES ,
JUST BE SURE THE TIMING STAYS AT LEAST 30 TOTAL AS IF IT GETS RETARDED 26 TOTAL OR LESS IT LETS THE INTAKE VALVE TEMP GO UP AND IS VERY HARD ON INtAKES

:D :D SEE YA ,,,HOPE THIS HELPS
