I believe the last set group flowed were $600 and a small fee to flash the ECM.
Fair price for the piece of mind.

I have had a couple of sets done by Arcticfriends/Smitty/Steve and he really knows his stuff. After servicing/flowing, he recommended what injector should go in which cylinder as injectors don't all flow exactly the same. I could actually tell a difference in the way the boat ran after servicing. Anyway, a great, regular dude, that seems to love boating.

As far as "new" 500 injectors that go in place without ANY tuning changes, aside from new mercruiser replacements that are NLA and were about 300$ each, I have yet to see a aftermarket injector that is a "dead" match, the ones that are close are too lean somewhere or too rich. There was a guy who claims to be the only guy quailified to service injectors that was selling what appeared to be knock off bosch supercharged 3800 injectors , he first claimed they were a match and had a couple sets in boats for durability testing. Months later he was claiming he sold 800 sets or something crazy. FU marine / panther geronimo had a boat come in with 2 500s, one had these injectors, one had stock, the one with these so called replacements had a couple damaged pistons from lean detonation. When I flowed them I identified what they were based on testing similar injectors and by holding them side by side to 3800 inectors from numbers that were left on them, funny thing was the guy that sold them went as far as to grind some of the id numbers off each one. They flowed lean and rich vs stock.
Because of lack of a perfect replacement, I simply switched to a different size higher quaility injector that I use in my customers builds that I retune for and have worked on and developed various tunes from stock to modified.
Dont forget the custom triple nickle ( 555 ) controller tunes for the race teams, and repairing these 20 or so a week.......

Contact Jon Mosetti https://www.boatunlimited.com/
I had my injectors cleaned by him and I was very pleased and happy with the service. He used to be on this forum offering his knowledge and assistance, he can be contacted on Facebook.

I can't recommend articfriends enough. I worked with Smitty over the summer on (2) sets of 500efi injectors that ended up failing miserably after he tested them and probably would have taken out a few pistons if I had continued to run them. We upgraded to a newer style injector he recommended and he reflashed the ECM's with one of his custom tunes. The boat runs flawless and i couldn't be happier with his work and service.
