Steve Smith "Smitty" "arcticfriends" is the best. He's honest, down to earth, and knows what he's doing! You won't find a better person to do business with in the marine world.

I clean, flow and service injectors using a high quality ASNU machine. PM me If I can help. I also stock new OEM replacement injectors at a somewhat reasonable price and can provide high quality upgrade injectors with a ecm reflash (required due to difference in flowrate) , Smitty

So how much to clean 8 injectors vs how much for 8 new 500 efi injectors?

https://www.boatunlimited.com/ Jon Mosetti who used to be BUP here on OSO before IB management kicked him off for being a nice guy.

https://www.injectorpulse.com/ My race buddy Xavier Calderon, who we send all of our race car injectors to.

Either will take great care of you.

I'm pretty sure his banning and earlier warning emails didn't say. "You're being too nice of a guy, stop or you will be banned".
They might have read... "Please be less blatant when running your business through OSO. If members recommend you, great!
But, at a minimum please purchase the lowest cost general membership".

Most legitimate shops with quaility injector machines charge about 20$ each give or take to flow, clean and test a gasoline injector including a new inlet screen , grommets, orings etc. 500 efi injectors seem to be problem prone with leaking and sticking, sometimes even after cleaning while testing.
As far as "new" 500 injectors that go in place without ANY tuning changes, aside from new mercruiser replacements that are NLA and were about 300$ each, I have yet to see a aftermarket injector that is a "dead" match, the ones that are close are too lean somewhere or too rich. There was a guy who claims to be the only guy quailified to service injectors that was selling what appeared to be knock off bosch supercharged 3800 injectors , he first claimed they were a match and had a couple sets in boats for durability testing. Months later he was claiming he sold 800 sets or something crazy. FU marine / panther geronimo had a boat come in with 2 500s, one had these injectors, one had stock, the one with these so called replacements had a couple damaged pistons from lean detonation. When I flowed them I identified what they were based on testing similar injectors and by holding them side by side to 3800 inectors from numbers that were left on them, funny thing was the guy that sold them went as far as to grind some of the id numbers off each one. They flowed lean and rich vs stock.
Because of lack of a perfect replacement, I simply switched to a different size higher quaility injector that I use in my customers builds that I retune for and have worked on and developed various tunes from stock to modified.
