I could see a play being the issue. A fuse doesn't work then "fixes" itself. I contact getting nasty on a relay can, even sealed ones. The ECM isn't that hard to get to.

F-2 Speedy this is what I found with the fuse, should I be concerned with the situation, not sure why it would melt and not just blow the fuse unless it was a loose connection on the fuse holder

Not sure what you mean Robert, what exactly did you find ?

It will not allow me to attach my picture, the fuse holder melted where 1 of the tabs of the fuse plugs in

ya you need 10 posts to post pics and links.........check the fuse size it may had been replaced with a higher amp fuse which is a no no and could cause a fire
