My idle counts are 117 as per scan tool now , shouldn't they be around 150 ? Do I adjust throttle stop to achieve more counts ?

IAC count you mean?
In gear or out of ?
Out of gear I like 25-35.
Open throttle blades to lower count.
150 is maxed out I believe, you`ll probably get that in gear

you want the counts between 5-10,,so open the throttle blades open till you get that,,then adjust tps to ,5 volts or 0% open.
