I listen to what you guys say, and I think I’ll start by trying the catch can. But first, I’ll do a leak-down test.

We use Teague valve covers, moroso breather tubes with double baffles and a plate welded into the cover. On a LONG hard run, a little smear out of the breathers. Im talking 5000+ for an hour. No catch can needed. 900hp+
Do a leak down.

I have Keith Eickert valve covers.

At the rear of the valve covers, the tubes run up to the breathers/filters, as you can see in the #4 post. I don’t know if there is any baffles inside or just open tubes. Gonna check this.

Could the position of the breather tubes be a problem? Maybe they should be mounted at the front of the valve covers instead, where the oil fill caps are located.
